October Meeting

This month we’re having a special Boston Post Mortem. The Entertainment Software Association is hosting the ESA’s Boston Day reception, which is essentially a chance for Massachusetts legislators, staff, and their families to meet local game developers and find out that we’re actually (mostly) human. I’ve personally been to one of these in Washington, DC, and they’re a really great chance to talk to lawmakers and ask: what do you think of my industry? There will likely be some games showcased at the event, and there will definitely be refreshments.

We feel so strongly that Boston-area developers should attend this event that we made it our Post Mortem for the month!

While there was no dress code stated, it’s at the nicest hotel in Boston, so, yeah. For the guys, I think a suit might be overkill, but slacks and a collared shirt are probably just right. For the gals… eh, I trust your judgment. Or rather, you probably shouldn’t trust mine.

RSVP to agelin@theesa.com or christina@theesa.com. The RSVP will get you a printed name badge. If you don’t RSVP, you’re still welcome, you just get a hand-written name badge.

***This is at a different location and time than usual, so take note!***
