in Announcements

The Massachusetts Digital Institute is currently running a servey to determine some basic demographical information on the local video game industry. Please head on over to their survey and help out.

Take two minutes to help the MA game industry! As is well known, the Massachusetts digital and video game industry is a growing part of our state’s innovation and creative economy. In order to better understand the size and shape of the industry here, MassDiGI, in cooperation with the Mass. Tech. Collaborative’s Innovation Institute, is respectfully requesting that you take a couple of minutes to please fill out part I of the survey (see link below).

Part I asks twelve very basic questions regarding location, market focus and number of FTE’s. At this time we are not asking for any financial data. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration regarding this important request. Your support is greatly appreciated.

In addition to filling out the survey, we also ask that you please forward this email to any and all of your colleagues, clients, partners, vendors and friends operating in the broadly defined MA game industry ecosystem such as studios, freelancers, middleware and tools developers, retailers, investors, educational institutions, lawyers etc. Our goal is to have this survey reach hundreds of companies, employers and individuals.
