Product Manager

Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of Product Management, the Product Manager works closely with business and functional units to plan and implement new and enhanced internet entertainment products. This includes identifying marketplace practices and trends, market size, competitors, and user preferences. The product manager is responsible for defining business goals for top priority products and programs, and translating goals into business requirements and design specifications. The Product Manager will have a passion and vision for interactive web entertainment products, with specific skills in use case scenarios, product management, project management, marketing, performance metrics analysis, and should possess a strong cross-functional skill set.
Primary Responsibilities
• Work with the Director of Product Management in creating product strategy and roadmap.
• Drive key elements of creativity and forward thinking within the strategy and execution of priority initiatives.
• Assess and integrate customer feedback, market trends, competition, and internal perspectives to determine new or enhanced product capabilities that positively impact our customer experience.
• Formulate business goals and articulate concise and accurate identification of product objectives and requirements.
• Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.
• Track performance of new features against usage and revenue data.
• Oversee user experience and performance metrics.
Requirements
• 3-5 years Product or Project Management experience working with an internet or software company
• Experience with, or a strong desire to be involved in, the online interactive entertainment industry and/or online games.
• Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple planned, and unplanned, projects, roles, and responsibilities.
• Extremely detail oriented
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Team player that does whatever it takes to succeed, and works well with other areas of the company.
• Experience with agile software development is a plus
