full time Player Support Representative

at Disruptor Beam in Framingham, MA

Help us support customers of our games on web, tablet and mobile! We’re looking for a Player Support Representative to work with our Support team to provide high-quality Customer Service to millions of players enjoying Game of Thrones Ascent, as well as the forthcoming Star Trek Timelines. You will work directly with our development team to support players with their requests, from billing support to gameplay support, in a high-quality (90%+ satisfaction) support environment.

This is a full-time (40 hour) position on-site at the company’s office in Framingham, MA. Compensation for this position is $14/Hour.


--Work directly with our Support Team to quickly and accurately resolve support tickets.
--Clearly communicate new and urgent support issues to our QA and operations team.
--Provide a high level of satisfaction through our online support system.
--Provide clear documentation of new game issues for QA reproduction.
--Perform some community and social media duties including moderating forums, replying to Facebook posts, and deleting spam.
--Play our games actively to maintain current, thorough knowledge sufficient for empathizing with and advising other players


--Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
--A calm, professional demeanor and cool under pressure.
--A team player with a positive attitude.
--A passion for online games and a deep understanding of online game support issues.
--At least one year in a customer-service role
--Experience with MS Office, Jira, Zendesk.
--A high knowledge of both Game of Thrones & Star Trek intellectual properties.
--A knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is advantageous
