We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager with strong execution skills and a compelling product-marketing background to lead the product lifecycle for our mobile and web games.

The Product Marketing Manager is the Marketing product-owner focused on developing, executing and communicating a go-to-market plan that drives acquisition, conversion, retention and referral. As a part of Marketing team reporting to the CMO, he/she will build strong partnerships with marketing and game development teams while regularly interacting with PR, Creative, Business Development and others to create great games, brands and strong community.

What you’ll do
Develop each title’s product marketing strategy, from product positioning to consumer validation and messaging
Create and implement go-to-market plans for each title, and oversee day-to-day execution by internal and external marketing teams, including Creative, PR, Community and User Acquisition
Build and maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends by conducting customer and market research, competitive analysis, collecting and analyzing behavioral data
Help in shaping the product strategy by building and using the knowledge on target markets. Define Marketing strategy, product positioning, value proposition, target audience and build a brand identity for our games
Collaborate with Product Managers to drive revenue by identifying and targeting consumers in key audience segments
Create and manage player retention, re-engagement and re-acquisition programs post-launch
Manage external vendors in agency relationships as needed
Ruthlessly test and measure the effectiveness (ROI) of product marketing programs

What we seek
At least 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in a video games industry, e-commerce, consumer live service, top entertainment brands or IP's.
Experience in Product marketing is required together with other areas including mobile, online and offline, brand marketing, search, CRM, social media, PR, retention marketing and/or loyalty
Proven ability to continually develop creative, innovative marketing programs that generate results
Strong skills in marketing analysis, KPI-driven decision making and performance-based marketing
Demonstrated expertise directing creative teams to successful outcomes
Experience developing and managing marketing budgets and forecasts
Ability to work well under pressure and with dynamic deadlines
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Prior experience with agile development methodologies is preferred
Free-to-play and mobile game (iOS/Android) experience are both major pluses
