Product Management Internship
This position is responsible for assisting in the planning and development of our mobile games across several disciplines. We are looking for a candidate with a mix of marketing and analytical skills that is technically savvy and can help us shape our games.
The Product Management Intern will work closely with the Product Managers on each mobile title, as well as additional teams including Game Production, Data Analytics, Brand Marketing, Email/CRM and User Acquisition. You will assist in planning key game development initiatives, work with data analytics on player behavior insight, competitor analysis, and working with the Product Managers on projects as needed.
Founded in 1994, Turbine, Inc., a Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment development studio, is focused on creating free-to-play games for mobile platforms. The studio is utilizing its extensive expertise in creating persistent online worlds that foster powerful social gaming communities to develop its mobile titles, which include Batman™: Arkham Underworld and the recently released Game of Thrones® mobile game

Essential Functions
• Assist in reporting, planning and communication of Product Management plans
• Assist PMs & Data Analysts on: analysis of current game KPIs, forecasts for future performance, and data-driven feature recommendations
• Analyze results of A/B tests
• Contribute to the strategic planning of game production and marketing campaigns
• Stay up to date on latest industry trends and top-performing competitive titles
• Surface player trends and engagement insight across the organization
Requirements
• Graduate student in relevant area of study preferred, but any student with matching experience or interest in product management is encouraged to apply
• Strong analytical skills, & a “mind for numbers”
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Collaborative attitude, detail oriented and ability to work well within a complex team structure
• Prior internship or co-op experience within digital marketing and/or product management at a consumer software organization
Additional Qualifications
• Can easily switch between work and play – we are a game studio after all!
• Willingness to become an active player of our titles to better understand motivating factors for player engagement and game design
• Fearless when it comes to learning new ideas and concepts
• Experience with SQL, R, Python, or similar scripting languages, a plus
