3D Application Support Engineer
at Great Eastern Technology in Salem, NH
Great Eastern is looking for a 3d tech support guru to provide stellar customer support for our customers. This requires a familiarity with our product line, the ability to learn new products quickly and a solid knowledge of the industries that our products serve.
You will:
- provide excellent customer support experiences over the phone, web and less frequently, at customer’s site
- have the technical expertise and ability to help with installs, licensing, network issues, asset management, and product/workflow recommendations
- provide pre-sales support to the sales team on the 3d product line, including demonstrations communicating product features and benefits
- provide post-sales support including tech support, training, webinars
Skills & Requirements:
- Knowledge of and exposure to network environments and licensing
- Ability to analyze, interpret and present customer needs both verbally and in writing
- Ability to understand and respond to customer’s needs, and interact with product vendors on their behalf
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to complete technical certifications
- Ability to document all cases, fixes, resolutions and IT processes
- Design, specify and deploy servers and storage systems
