We are seeking an experienced Front-End Web Designer to join our team. Are you looking to take a strong role in developing robust web destinations supporting our musical lifestyle products and mobile game applications? Skills & Qualifications
• 4+ years designing for the web
• A great eye for visual design
• Expertise with Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery required
• Experience designing web based experiences for mobile devices
• Basic knowledge of server side technologies, php and cms frameworks
• Experience producing wireframes
• Proven knowledge of UI best practices
• Experience participating in user testing
• Understanding of complex user interactions as well as a strong understanding of UI/UX principles
• Great attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of other web development technologies and design tools such as Flash/Flex, Axure, OmniGraffle, etc a plus, but not required.
Specific Responsibilities:
• Lead the front-end design effort of the website from concept through completion
• Create and document user interface standards and guidelines
• Contribute and maintain a consistently high standard of user-centered design across all projects
