Web Developer
Are you an experienced Web Developer looking to take a strong role in developing robust web destinations supporting our musical lifestyle products and mobile game applications? If so, please send your resume to lpetrigala@firstact.com for immediate consideration.
We are actively seeking an experienced Web Developer to join our team and serve as the subject-matter expert for our family of websites geared towards enriching our products’ experience by providing interactive musical teaching tools, games, and add-on products. As a member of the team, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining:
• A family of First Act websites reflecting the various brands, product lines and consumer audiences.
• Content management components using standard content management systems like Drupal and Wordpress, and SiteCore is a plus..
• Web applications using programming environments such as PHP, and Microsoft ASP.NET framework.
• Rich internet applications including, but not limited to, programming and scripting languages such as Flash/Flex, Javascript libraries (JQuery).
• Relational databases in MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server.
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science and a minimum of 5 years of web development experience, preferably in a leadership role. The selected candidate will be utilizing standard web development languages such as PHP, HTML/XHTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, .NET, SQL and integrated development environments.
