The Associate Brand Manager (ABM) supports the Director of Marketing (MD) in the execution of the marketing campaign for BioShock Infinite as well as the promotion of Irrational Games (IG). The ABM is responsible for execution of the marketing strategies for the assigned brands, and works in close collaboration with the Irrational Games Production, and Operations teams, as well as publishing labels 2K and 2K International.
The ABM will be evaluated based on his/her ability to meet each product's financial objectives, is expected to be able to present new initiatives that support the promotion of IG and its products, and his/her ability to execute on them.

• We expect people to seek out all relevant information on their subject and be able to respond to spontaneous inquiries on that subject.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 The ABM is actively involved in developing promotional tactics, creative assets, channel marketing assets, PR tactics and assets, interactive promotions and assets, that maximize revenues and profits for all assigned products, whilst ensuring consistent messaging throughout the campaign
 Works with 2K and key sales force personnel to support trade marketing programs, retail merchandising and support the overall sales process.
 Coordinates asset needs, and facilitates requests from 2K International marketing and PR groups.
 Interfaces with 2K Controller on financial planning and forecasting
 Ensures that the marketing budget is always up to date, creates purchase orders and makes sure that Operations is aware of all necessary details to be able ensure timely payments
 The ABM identifies incremental promotional opportunities for the assigned products and presents them to management as they arise.
 The ABM assists in the development of product and consumer research. The ABM's work in the research area is expected to contribute to long-term product planning and post-release product performance analysis.
 Performs sophisticated quantitative analyses. This includes, but is not limited to: sell through analysis, profitability analysis, inventory and back catalogue tracking, marketing expense tracking,
