Video/Animation Studio Needs Back-end and Portal Creation

Hero 4 Hire Creative is a small animation and video production studio in need of a kick-ass programmer.
We are in the process of redesigning the site and our goal this year is to create a backend system to make the new site easily maintainable. Additionally, we're looking to create a portal for our vendors and clients.
We envision the site will eventually be PHP / MySQL / jQuery-based and our videos are all currently hosted on Vimeo.
