Game Programmers Wanted
at DoubleTap Games (Anywhere)
DoubleTap Games is looking for an experienced and well rounded software engineer to complete its game development team in Boston. Talent, skill, and attention to detail are a must. Candidates should have solid experience in at least two of the technologies listed below, and a desire to learn and master new tools and methods in a fast paced development environment.
Our studio has been operating for three years and has shipped six commercial products on nine platforms including Playstation 3, Wii, 3DS, Facebook, and Android. Our focus will continue to be on building genuine game experiences with web integration on the broad range of tradition and contemporary devices.
Useful knowledge (must be proficient with at least 2 and capable of achieving the same with all others):
C++
Action Script
PHP
J2EE
HTML5
Experience with the following is a plus:
Distributed or simple network game systems.
3D graphics pipelines
2D graphics pipelines
System optimization
