Turbine, Inc. seeks a technology producer – a talented and hard-working individual who is self-motivated, process-driven and who has expertise in coordination of software development from planning through execution, testing, publishing and maintenance. The position is a member of Turbine’s online service technology team and will work closely with management and their teams to coordinate and report on development, testing and integration activities for assigned projects.

This position will offer opportunities to work across the various teams within Turbine as well as multiple WB Game Studios. The projects you will be involved in may ultimately serve Turbine’s products including Asheron’s Call®: Throne of Destiny™, Dungeons and Dragons Online® and The Lord of the Rings Online™ as well as products from other studios. This position will interact directly with our central technology department as well as the game development teams to facilitate and track integration of our technology into the games.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work closely with management and their teams to coordinate development, testing and integration activities of Turbine’s central technology department and our game studio customers.
• Run daily development activities, inclusive of scrum master role, scrum process and triages.
• Create schedules to be tracked and ensure a strong sense of ownership and accountability for each team member’s contributions.
• Sets, manages, monitors and reports on milestones for team members.
• Sets expectations and hold teams accountable for quality and timeliness of their contributions.
• Continuously assess risk and resolve conflicts between budget, schedule and design goals.
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports on team progress to multiple levels of management.
• Maintain close communication with team leads.
• Ensure teams follow best practices.
• Coordinates projects across multiple departments, and studios.
• Takes initiative to identify problems, establish facts, engage and influence appropriate resources and implement changes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Undergraduate degree.
• ScrumMaster.
• Project Management.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in coordinating software development and integration with technology developers and QA teams, inclusive of in-house, remote teams and external studios.
• Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal. Must be able to manage communications effectively across multiple teams, departments and studios.
• Working knowledge of agile development methodologies such as Scrum.
• Ability to quickly grasp the high level details of our technology products and projects.
• Extremely organized and proficient overseeing large and small project schedules.
• Demonstrated professionalism and the ability to function as a leader within a team.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-directed, highly responsible detail oriented problem solver.
• Ability to work well under pressure with strict deadlines.
• Competence with software including: Version One, Test Track Pro, Project, Excel, Word, Visio and Powerpoint.
• Pluses: Prior experience in coordination with external teams/studios.
