Mobile Games Producer
at Majesco Entertainment in Foxboro, MA
We have an immediate opening for a full-time Mobile Games Producer/Senior Designer who will provide product leadership, creative direction, planning and management of all aspects of the company’s smart phone and smart tablet application projects. Responsibilities include developing a strategic plan to coordinate the activities of the company’s mobile internal and external resources. This person will manages the mobile group’s day-to-day operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective use of resources at all times while assuring completion of assigned projects within the allocated timeline and budget.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years experience in games production, with a recent emphasis on mobile and social applications
• Experience developing and launching applications for Apple iOS and Android
• Proven skill in operating live games as a service (especially virtual goods experience)
• Understanding of mobile customer acquisition techniques and cost model
• Knowledge of emerging mobile application technologies and design methodology
• Background in leading and managing external development teams
• Ability to develop credible financial plans, budgets and managing those resources
• Track record of working in a collaborative creative team environment
• Strong professional, written, verbal, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate creative people and manage multiple projects simultaneously
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage multiple mobile application development projects simultaneously.
• Work with management to define new platform application development project concepts.
• Develop, execute and maintain the various mobile application projects approved by the SVP.
• Develop a strategic plan to meet each project requirements within the timeline and budget.
• Locate and contract with various mobile development teams.
• Oversee design, delivery, and quality of deliverables and services.
• Develop project schedules that include work assignments, milestones and dependencies.
• Track project metrics and monitor productivity.
• Stay abreast of current trends related to the organization’s products.
