part time Administrative Assistant

The role of the Administrative Assistant is vital and complex, requiring the ability to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities. The successful candidate will be well organized, pay attention to detail, have excellent customer service skills, be able to handle changing priorities, and enjoy being challenged by a dynamic and fast paced environment. Communication skills within the Recruiting team and HR staff are absolutely essential for success in this position.

• Prepare monthly recruitment metrics
• Generate various recruitment reports
• Post jobs to external job boards as necessary
• Update applicant tracking system on a daily basis
• Schedule candidate interviews
• Assist with travel as necessary
• Maintain calendar of recruiting events

REQUIREMNTS:
• BA/BS degree with some recruiting experience or 2+ years recruiting experience is required
• Expert in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Proficient in candidate tracking system management and reporting
• Exceptional administrative, organizational and multi-tasking skills with ability and willingness to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Ability to maintain professional demeanor under pressure and provide excellent service to employees and clients at all levels
• Experience supporting recruiting team in a high volume environment
• Self motivated with demonstrated initiative
• Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
