Fire Hose Games is looking for an experienced Animator to join our team and help bring some exciting new games to life! If you love to create stories and build character performances than we’d love to hear from you.
Qualifications:
Ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of the principles of animation
2+ years game-industry experience
Ability to work within multiple styles of animation (realistic, toon etc.)
In-depth familiarity with 3DSMax, Motion Builder, Maya or equivalent (MAX preferred)
Character setup/rigging abilities
Desire to work in a creative environment and a love of awesomeness
PLUSES:
Traditional drawing/concepting/2D skills a big plus
Scripting experience (MEL, Max Script, Python)
3D Modeling/Texturing skills
Shipped Titles
SAMPLE WORK REQUIRED:
Portfolio/Demo Reel of your best work which demonstrates a firm understanding of the principles of animation and an ability to entertain your audience.
Please include an explanation/breakdown of shots including your contributions/tools used.
